Terms & Conditions

The Institute of Manual Therapy (IOMT) respects your privacy and will not distribute, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable customer information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law. We will not collect any personal information from you without your specific knowledge and consent. By accessing this site, you are accepting the conditions of our Privacy Policy and are explicitly consenting that IOMT may permanently save, store, and use your personal information provided by you for us to respond to and serve you with our course offerings. We hold any information you give us with the utmost care and security.

Payment & Refund Policies

Payment Policy

Deposits for a course or seminar will hold your registration for that course.

Payment in full is required prior to attendance of any course or seminar.

 

Refund Policy

Weekend Courses:
Registrants are entitled to a 50% refund of the registration fee for cancellations made ten (10) days prior to the course start date.  Cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to the course date will forfeit the full cost of the course fee.

Level I & II:
Application fee will be fully refunded if applicant is not accepted for the course.  The Applicant will forfeit the application fee and be responsible to pay full course tuition (Installment One and Installment Two) if the applicant is accepted for the course and cancels prior to course commencement date or does not show for the Course.  If registrant cannot finish completing the course for which they have registered they are still fully responsible the full course tuition (Installment One and Installment Two).

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Course Registration

We request information from you on our registration form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to complete your registration. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

 

Cookies

We do not use “cookies” on this site.

 

Sharing

We use an outside credit card processing company (authorize.net) for payment of all online course registrations. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your registration payment.
